Femoral Introducer Sheath and Hemostasis (FISH) CombiClose™ can be used as a combined introducer sheath and closure device. Closure mechanism enabled by a tissue construct of small intestine submuscosa (SIS®), a proven biologic material that facilitates tissue healing. Applicable in diseased vessels (over calcified tissue), in small diameter vessels (≥ 3 mm), via antegrade or retrograde stick. It also provides patient comfort, ability to close any vessel, and over-the-wire deployment.
